On the last day of term, we paid £1 to £2 each to wear our pyjamas to school. It was really different and a lot of fun. In the morning, we attended the whole school assembly where we learnt that the money from PJ day was going to be used to buy sleeping bags for homeless people.
Last week both Reception classes went on an educational visit to Telegraph Hill Park to round off our topic Up above and down below. We walked up a steep hill to the upper park, where we looked at London from ‘up above.’
We then walked around the lower park and looked at the pond ‘down below’. Go to Reception B’s blog to find out more!
On Monday 8th December, we performed our Nativity production “The Christmas Star” with our friends from Reception B. We had been practising our singing, acting and dancing for weeks and we tried our very best. We are so proud of the final performance. Thank you to everyone who came along to support us.
