  • For the icing beat the butter in a bowl until its smooth. Add half of the icing sugar and mix.
  • Add the other half along with some milk and food colouring.
  • Pipe on the cupcakes with a piping bag (but make sure you don’t pipe on the cupcakes when they are hot!)

ENJOY!

The Day in the Life of Pip.

Hi guys welcome back!!! This week I thought instead of seeing it from my view, I thought you could look through the eyes of Pip, my dog. So here’s what Pip does on a typical Monday when I have to survive school (thanks for the tips Ash).

6:00 am

Ya know what, I’ll start the day with a bit of a wake up call just testing my owners on if they really truly love me by jumping all over them (AKA literally killing us!!!)

9:00 am

Wait why is Flo and Heidi leaving?? Oh please stay please… Wait if I rush to the window now then they might catch me looking and if I do my famous puppy eyes they will have no option but to come back and save me… oh L there gone.

9:30 am

Oh what a lovely day it is the suns out the birds are flying- SQUIRRELLLLLL there’s a squirrel OMG it’s Mr. Squirrel himself!!! I’m a HUGE fan! WOOF WOOF.

HAD

                                               by Beatrice

You are reading HAD (Holidays Activities Destinations), today we will be talking about walks. I know they sound like a pretty boring subject but they CAN actually be a lot of fun. So let’s get to it, you may have all sorts of reasons for walking a long distance (I’m thinking of charities here), but one of the best ones is just to have fun! just remember to always bring a spare pair of wellies! ♥

Now because there are so many different options on where to walk, I am going to present a list of my 5 places to go(in the order from the best to worst), if you can’t choose one (for yourself) on holiday or at the weekend!

  1. Out of London, in the countryside (maybe near some fields???)
  2. A walk in the woods, red riding hood style (there is always something to do, I am thinking of activities using sticks??? Whatever suits you)Just be careful of the wolf!!!
  3. (Here is where we start to settle back into an ordinary lifestyle) a simple walk in the park (if there isn’t one nearby you could take transport to another one, trust me parks are always more fun than they seem)
  4. Mini (homemade) Marathon! Like a race except around your area (maybe you could create your own map!)
  5. Now for the worst one, the garden. Okay, not all gardens are bad but it isn’t the most active choice.                                                                                                                                       I hope my list helped and that it will come in handy to all who read it 🙂

HAD out (for now)

The nice people quest

In year 5 we are deciding to create a new game to improve are manners towards friends, as we have recently been experiencing friendship difficulties allowing anger to take over are body’s and words, therefor we created this game to help us be more kinder and friendly with classmates, the purpose of this game is that you get a random name of a person in your class and your challenge is to be nice to theme and compliment them for the whole week but your not aloud to let them notice that you got there name. I think this game is going to have a huge impact on are class and I am hoping many other classes will try this out.
