6A are getting into the mood for this year’s production of ‘The Tempest’ by visiting the Globe Theatre, where Shakespeare’s original plays were performed.
We also had a drama workshop too!
While some of Year 6 are off exploring the Isle of Wight, we here are working hard!!
Today, we completed some very complex ‘pursuit curves’. These were made even harder by the fact we had to start off by drawing a regular hexagon, using a compass!? Ouch!
We’re pretty pleased with the end results. We may even put them up on display…
Just look at these fantastic models that 3A have made of Anderson shelters.
These shelters were used during the Blitz. I really like the different materials that were used.
As well as models, some children chose to produce pamphlets or posters. More updates soon – until then…
