Up above and down below!

 

Our new topic is ‘Up above and down below!’ To introduce our new topic we visited Greenwich Park and river.  We explored our senses in different environments – at the top of the hill (up above) and deep within the foot tunnel (down below).

We climbed up the bus stairs, and sat on the top deck of the bus.

We walked to the top of the hill.

We stopped at the top of the hill to see what we could spot from up above.

We marched down the hill singing 'The Grand Old Duke of York'

We looked across the River Thames.

We travelled down below to the foot tunnel. We were under the River Thames!

Finally, we travelled back home on the top deck of the bus again.
