As part of our topic ‘Splish, Splash, Splosh’ we created our own Caribbean Café. We practised making different drinks before doing it for real. The children took it in turns serving customers who could choose their own ingredients to make a delicious mixed fruit juice. All the customers were very satisfied with the service and I would definitely recommend a visit if you get the chance.

Joss Bay – A visit to the seaside

After an hour and a half we arrived and set up camp on the sand. The children had a great time and were very well behaved. We spent time splashing in the fairly chilly sea, searching for shells and building sand castles. Luckily the rain stayed away and the huge seagulls kept their distance. Thank you to all our volunteers who helped make the visit such a success.
