A Plea for Sponsorship – Half Marathon!

This Sunday, class 5M teacher, Mr McArthur and class 6JA teacher, Mr Jackson will be running a half marathon (The Big Half) in aid of ‘Children with Cancer UK.’

This wonderful charity is based in the Great Ormond Street Hospital and helps the children and their families through truly awful situations; John and I are very proud to be wearing their colourful Mr Men and Little Miss vests this weekend.

Fun for all on the new climbing frame

After umpteen Winter and Summer Fairs and a wide range of fundraising drive, the PTA is proud to see the children enjoying the new climbing frame.

This was only made been possible with your support for the PTA and as Committee Members, volunteers, donors and customers.

Please continue to support the PTA in whatever way you can, to help the continuing improvement of our school…….

Roll up, roll up for the Winter Fair!

The atmosphere  was busy, happy and friendly at the Winter Fair this Saturday. Highlights included Father Christmas, who arrived with his Chief Elf in a suitably decorative camper van, allowing the reindeer some rest before the big event in a few weeks. The musical talent of the orchestra and choir was truly impressive. The class baskets were bigger and better than ever. Lots of children and adults hobbled home, laden with their winnings and treasures they’d found on the various stalls.

Thank you to all the volunteers – parents, children, staff and friends – for all your hard work. It was worth it!
